What you'll do

• Lead event execution for partner schools and properties
• recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate operations coordinators and installation crew
• coordinate weekly operations meetings and staff scheduling
• oversee inventory, equipment transfers, vehicle readiness, and maintenance
• manage weekly schedules and a six-week operations plan
• lead installation of event equipment
• maintain warehouse organization and safety programs.
