What you'll do

• Collect urine and/or oral-fluid specimens
• process and package collections for shipping
• serve as an intermediary between clinics and the laboratory
• record patient, physician-order, and laboratory information
• resolve specimen concerns involving billing or patient information
• maintain onsite collection supplies
• conduct observed collections when applicable
• drive between facilities if required
• follow HIPAA, HiTrust, confidentiality, and compliance standards.
