Senior Talent Acquisition Partner — Hybrid, New York City

What you'll do

• Advise hiring managers on role scope, competency frameworks, and interview plans. Own full-cycle recruitment for roles across Go-to-Market, Customer Experience, Operations, Risk, Payments, and Legal
• source, screen, assess, schedule, interview, and close candidates. Maintain candidate and hiring-manager communication, accurate recruiting records, Greenhouse and/or Ashby data, KPI tracking, and insights
• partner cross-functionally to improve recruiting strategy and processes.
