The In-Home Design Consultant is an onsite role based in Owings Mills, MD. Compensation is $100,000 - $200,000+ per year, supporting the Infinity Replacement by Marvin team. This role exists to provide a premium, consultative experience for homeowners interested in window and door replacements. By meeting with pre-qualified leads, the consultant guides customers through product selection and design, ultimately driving sales and building long-term customer relationships.
