What you'll do

• Oversee non-public audits and reviews for clients in the manufacturing, distribution, construction, real estate or commercial industry.
• Provide expert advice on complex transactions, including business combinations, equity structures, and compensation agreements.
• Prepare and review comprehensive financial statements and related reports.
• Direct and manage research projects.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of experienced professionals.
• Take charge of client relationships.
• Contribute to department-wide initiatives.
