What you'll do

• Design, implement, maintain, and optimize LAN, WAN, and cloud-connected networks
• monitor and troubleshoot performance and connectivity
• serve as senior escalation point for complex incidents
• administer firewalls and secure remote access
• support Zero Trust and wireless technologies
• support Teams Voice and Rooms
• lead network projects
• maintain diagrams and runbooks
• coordinate with vendors and carriers
• participate in scheduled on-call rotation
• mentor junior engineers.
