What you'll do

• Assist with meals, feeding, ambulation, turning, and positioning
• provide bathing, hair, oral, back, elimination, perineal, and incontinence care
• assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
• measure and record vital signs, weight, intake, and output
• observe and report changes
• maintain a clean, safe environment
• complete daily documentation
• follow facility policies and safety standards.
