The Clean-in-Place (CIP) Technician — 3rd Shift AWS works onsite in Germantown, WI, on a 6:00 PM–6:00 AM 2-2-3 schedule. Pay is a $23.00 base rate plus a $2.50 shift premium, with additional pay based on experience. The role reports to the Sanitation Manager and supports facility food safety, quality, and compliance. The technician performs sanitation tasks on filling machines and production equipment, follows sanitation and food-safety procedures, and maintains cleaning records. This work helps keep the facility and production environment clean and compliant.

What you'll do

• Clean filling machines and production equipment
• clean facility surfaces and equipment
• safely handle chemicals, sanitation tools, and hot-water hoses
• respond to sanitation emergencies, spills, and tank-cleaning needs
• use ladders, scaffolding, scissor lifts, and COP tanks
• perform chemical titrations and move chemical drums as needed
• follow HACCP, GMP, PPE, and food-safety procedures
• and complete sanitation documentation and cleaning records.
