What you'll do

• Greet guests and handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, room changes, cancellations, and requests
• answer calls and questions about hotel services and Nashville
• process payments and update guest accounts
• coordinate with hotel departments and maintain shift logs
• keep the front desk organized
• for scheduled overnight shifts, complete nightly audits, balance transactions, review guest accounts, post room and tax charges, investigate discrepancies, and prepare reports.
