Vice President of Design

The Vice President of Design role is onsite in Orlando, FL. Compensation is not specified. The role leads design teams across Magnifica Hospitality’s residences and resorts and Magnifica Air’s private-class airline. The executive sets design direction and standards, develops internal teams and external partnerships, and oversees delivery from concept through procurement and installation. The work aligns design quality with guest experience, operational needs, project budgets, and schedules across hospitality and aviation environments.

What you'll do

• Define design standards for residences, resorts, and aviation environments
• establish material, furnishing, lighting, finish, and detailing guidelines
• lead internal teams and external partners
• recruit and develop designers
• establish review processes
• manage design workflows, timelines, budgets, resources, and quality checkpoints
• develop sourcing and vendor programs
• collaborate with development, construction, operations, and brand teams
• support hospitality spaces and aircraft cabin interiors.
