Shipping Associate

The Shipping Associate role is onsite in Willoughby, OH, with pay of $20–$21 per hour, depending on experience. The role helps move production parts to customers accurately and on time. The associate assembles, packs, and ships parts against customer orders, verifies shipping paperwork and labels, checks parts for defects, maintains inventory and organized storage, operates forklifts and mechanical equipment safely, enters shipment data, and supports cycle counts and warehouse or production needs.

What you'll do

• Assemble, pack, and ship production parts according to customer orders
• prioritize tasks using job cards and Plant Manager direction
• prepare and verify shipping documents, labels, and packaging
• inspect parts during packing
• maintain Just in Time inventory counts and organized storage
• safely operate forklifts and mechanical equipment
• enter shipment data
• maintain clean and safe work areas
• assist with weekly cycle counts and warehouse or production needs.

Why this role
