Sales Manager — Home Services

What you'll do

• Hire, onboard, train, schedule, and manage the sales team
• set goals and conduct coaching, reviews, and development planning
• establish sales targets and track performance metrics
• maintain forecasts, dashboards, and CRM records
• lead ride-alongs and sales training
• develop scripts and playbooks
• coordinate with operations, dispatch, and marketing
• resolve gaps between sales commitments and field delivery
• monitor customer feedback.
