Post Bake Operator

What you'll do

• Attend pre-shift production meetings
• follow food safety and safety programs
• wrap or bag cookie products and correct machinery settings
• seal and label boxed products
• execute the production schedule and order sequence
• use correct packaging materials and information
• maintain clean and safe equipment and work areas
• verify package weights and counts
• monitor automated equipment
• maintain batch and processing records
• follow GMP, sanitation, and food safety procedures.
