What you'll do

• Support desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
• troubleshoot hardware, software, operating systems, and applications
• upgrade firmware and install or configure systems
• monitor network services and maintain network equipment and servers
• administer user accounts and permissions
• document procedures and update knowledge-base articles
• train employees
• support Office 365, email, collaboration tools, and multifactor authentication
• coordinate with vendors
• assist with procurement, endpoint protection, security protocols, and escalated support
• travel to remote offices up to 40% as needed.
