What you'll do

• Contact customers about accounts that are 1–10 days delinquent
• handle phone, email, web, and fax transactions
• offer payment options
• explain auto loan terms
• perform account maintenance, including insurance-proof requests and repossession submissions
• follow FDCPA collection law
• update and analyze customer account profiles
• manage high call volumes and multiple priorities
• communicate professionally in English and Spanish.
