What you'll do

• Oversee nurses, medical assistants, and sonographers
• provide performance feedback and support onboarding and training
• coordinate clinical staffing, schedules, timecards, and procedural scheduling
• manage patient conversion lists and anticipated cycle volume
• educate patients on fertility evaluations, medications, and procedures
• coordinate treatment plans
• document care
• support patient satisfaction and process improvement.

Why this role
