What you'll do

• Drive day-to-day needs of assigned construction projects
• coordinate activities to meet schedules and cost estimates
• maintain a safe and productive site and follow OSHA construction standards
• complete safety and operations documentation
• conduct safety inspections and subcontractor meetings
• maintain current drawings and specifications
• verify materials and workmanship against project requirements
• control labor and material needs
• update schedules and communicate with subcontractors
• coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• identify issues and propose solutions
• manage project setup, punch-out, and closeout
• maintain Procore records, reports, photos, lookaheads, and delivery logs
• provide logistics and signage plans.
