The role supports Five9’s Transactions Legal Team within Legal and Compliance, helping enable revenue growth for its cloud contact center software business. The attorney drafts, reviews, and negotiates commercial agreements and advises internal teams on legal and regulatory issues affecting transactions. By partnering with Sales and cross-functional groups, the role helps close customer and partner deals while managing legal risk and improving scalable contract processes.

What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including master services, data processing, partner and reseller, business associate, vendor, end user license, confidentiality, and service level agreements. Advise stakeholders on liability, AI and data use, privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance. Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, Compliance, Procurement, and Finance to close transactions
• identify legal risks and develop practical solutions
• improve contract templates, negotiation playbooks, FAQs, and legal processes.
