What you'll do

• Deliver food orders promptly and accurately
• uphold sanitation and food-safety principles
• bus and reset tables
• ensure residents have appropriate tableware
• set tables before service
• assist residents with seating and meal selections
• clean kitchen and dining areas and remove trash
• complete side work such as napkin folding and stocking the wait station
• explain menu preparation methods
• follow residents' prescribed diet needs
• report equipment and supply needs to the Cook or Executive Chef.
