What you'll do

• Lead daily operations for an offsite MEP and piping fabrication facility
• manage production planning, scheduling, and material flow
• establish QA/QC standards, operating procedures, and weld procedures
• hire, coach, and develop shop leadership
• align fabrication with sales, field, and procurement
• manage the shop budget, labor planning, and capital equipment decisions
• improve throughput, cost, and safety
• support data center and mission-critical clients.
