Maintenance Technician, Residential Communities

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair building systems and equipment
• complete and document service requests
• prepare vacant apartments for occupancy and inspect completed turns
• inspect properties for maintenance and safety concerns
• maintain grounds and common areas
• manage preventative maintenance schedules and supplies
• coordinate and verify vendor work
• respond to resident requests
• maintain compliance and maintenance records.
