Part-Time Weekend Receptionist

The Part-Time Weekend Receptionist role is onsite in Franklin, VA. Pay is $13.50 per hour. The receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors at Fairview Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, a long-term care facility. What you'll do

• Operate the multiline telephone and paging system
• answer and route calls
• greet and direct visitors and manage sign-in
• report suspicious behavior
• contact appropriate parties during resident emergencies
• sort and forward mail
• report resident concerns
• maintain confidential information and an orderly workstation
• provide basic clerical support as needed.
