Shipping & Fulfillment Coordinator — First Shift

The Shipping & Fulfillment Coordinator role is onsite in Bellevue, OH, Monday–Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Pay is $20–$25 per hour based on experience. Spherion Mid Ohio is recruiting for a direct-hire opportunity with a Bellevue manufacturer. The coordinator owns the shipping process for customer orders, combining hands-on packing and pallet preparation with accurate shipping-system entries and documentation so orders are ready for carrier pickup.

What you'll do

• Pull finished products from inventory and verify quantities
• select customer-specific packaging and pallets
• pack orders, build pallets, shrink-wrap and band them
• apply shipping labels
• stage orders for carrier pickup
• organize semi-truck and parcel shipments
• enter shipment information in customer portals
• generate labels and Bills of Lading
• maintain shipping records
• resolve discrepancies
• coordinate with the Customer Service Coordinator
• operate a pallet jack as needed.
