What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and electrical systems
• respond to repair requests and diagnose problems
• maintain guest rooms and public areas
• repair furniture, fixtures, and appliances
• perform painting and carpentry
• inspect fire safety equipment, emergency lighting, and other safety systems
• maintain supplies and equipment
• document work orders, repairs, materials, schedules, and inspections
• coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, supervisors, coworkers, and contractors
• follow safety protocols and company and brand standards.
