Male Program Coordinator, Men's Program

The Male Program Coordinator role is onsite in Green Bay, WI, with compensation of $18–$20 per hour. The coordinator supports Adult & Teen Challenge of NEW INC.’s men’s program. The role helps maintain a safe, structured, faith-based program by coordinating client care, administration, appointments, volunteer and mentor support, and operational compliance under the Program Director’s supervision.

What you'll do

• Assist with daily program operations and client support
• uphold program rules grounded in biblical principles
• coordinate outside appointments and transportation as needed
• maintain client records and forms
• support client accounts and resources
• administer volunteer and mentor processes
• monitor facility operations and compliance
• provide administrative support to the Program Director.
