What you'll do

• Own Azure production availability, performance, and scalability
• lead monitoring, incident response, recovery, and post-incident reviews
• manage customer connectivity and deployment enablement
• oversee infrastructure costs and forecasting
• manage Microsoft 365 and end-user support
• advance automation and agentic operations
• partner on infrastructure security and risk
• lead a small cloud operations and IT support team while performing hands-on technical work.
