What you'll do

• Lead the assigned production shift and its supervisors
• coach and develop employees
• ensure compliance with safety programs
• translate plant goals into team objectives
• address production schedule risks
• implement actions to improve safety, efficiency, quality, and productivity
• achieve KPIs for delivery, productivity, quality, and safety
• cross-train staff
• assess supervisor performance
• use continuous improvement tools to reduce loss and improve reliability.
