What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• support walking, transfers, and mobility
• prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed
• offer companionship and emotional support
• perform light housekeeping
• follow care plans and routines
• report changes in client condition or care needs to the care team.
