What you'll do

• Answer resident and family questions about patient accounts
• make collection calls and send letters
• maintain resident trust and petty cash accounts
• handle accounts payable where applicable
• assist with PDP applications
• maintain resident financial folders
• manage consolidated billing and daily account collections
• maintain Medicare determination letters
• monitor Medicaid applications
• complete insurance precertifications, deposits, logs, and reports.
