What you'll do

• Help customers with information, questions, merchandise, payment, and delivery preparation
• assist the Store Manager with sales plans and target metrics
• execute marketing and visual presentation
• arrange merchandise and advertising displays
• train staff in product knowledge and customer service
• follow policies and report concerns
• maintain inventory controls and receive shipments
• secure the store at closing
• handle cash and payment transactions
• make deposits and obtain register change when the Store Manager is absent
• maintain daily sales, damage, deposit, scheduling, discount, and new-hire records
• help ensure the shop opens when coverage is unavailable.
