What you'll do

• Answer resident call signals and check residents who cannot call for help
• provide bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily living assistance
• support mobility, meals, hydration, and repositioning
• record vital signs and care
• report changes to supervisors
• maintain cleanliness and follow infection-control guidelines.
