What you'll do

• Process customer orders in the company ERP system
• communicate about orders, products, pricing, delivery schedules, and account needs
• monitor ordering trends and follow up on changes
• coordinate with Production and Shipping to support timely fulfillment
• investigate questions, discrepancies, and service concerns
• maintain pricing and account information
• support export documentation when applicable, sample requests, promotional programs, and special projects
• prepare reports and provide administrative support.
