Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor

What you'll do

• Supervise clinical care planning and delivery
• review and update care plans
• assess residents on admission and as conditions change
• conduct rounds
• provide or assist with direct care when indicated
• implement physician orders
• communicate changes between shifts
• support a safe environment
• provide clinical assessments to on-call physicians or nurse practitioners
• support staff competency and orientation
• participate in surveys and discharge planning
• ensure adequate nursing coverage and report findings to the Director of Nursing Services.

Why this role
