What you'll do

• Support vendor accounting processes and accounts-payable month-end accruals
• process daily vendor invoices and route them for approval through CMiC Workflow
• process overhead and project invoices
• prepare monthly statement reconciliations
• maintain accurate invoice records
• set up vendors and customers
• coordinate with project teams on timely, accurate payments
• prepare weekly online payments and payment batches
• verify vendor documentation
• answer vendor questions and resolve billing discrepancies
• maintain sales-tax invoice files
• back up certificate-of-insurance documentation.
