Assistant Community Manager

What you'll do

• Assist the Community Manager with apartment community operations and property objectives
• assume the manager’s responsibilities in their absence
• maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including rent and deposit reporting
• support leasing and resident retention
• greet prospective residents, show the community, and perform leasing duties as needed
• provide customer service
• work rotating weekend hours.
