Direct Support Staff Caregiver

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and transfers
• administer prescribed medications and document changes or side effects
• engage residents in activities
• assist with meal preparation
• observe and report health or behavior changes
• follow emergency protocols and provide first aid when necessary
• maintain care records
• communicate with residents, staff, healthcare professionals, and families
• and help maintain a safe, clean environment.
