What you'll do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for individual-contributor through manager roles across technical, scientific, commercial, finance, and operations functions
• partner with hiring managers on role scoping and interview plans
• source candidates and manage ATS reporting
• coordinate interviews and offers
• run onboarding and offboarding
• administer HRIS, payroll inputs, benefits, and leave
• maintain employee files, policies, and handbook
• support routine employee and manager questions, performance reviews, compensation administration, and engagement programs
• escalate complex matters to the fractional Chief People Officer.
