What you'll do

• Direct secondary school operations and staff
• communicate division programs and expectations
• observe, supervise, and help evaluate faculty and curriculum implementation
• oversee department chairs, student organizations, activities, and faculty committees
• advise the Head of School on faculty hiring, retention, and assignment
• establish teacher orientation and professional development
• guide students academically
• oversee academic records, grading, and reporting
• establish conduct guidelines and maintain discipline and attendance records
• support admissions testing, interviews, and applicant evaluation.
