It also assists the finance team with payment runs, month-end close, expense records, and audit documentation as the company grows.

What you'll do

• Process vendor invoices and match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for documentation and approvals. Monitor accounts and resolve discrepancies
• reconcile vendor statements and respond to inquiries. Assist with check runs, ACH payments, wire transfers, month-end close, AP records and audit documentation, and collection and recording of employee expense receipts.
