What you'll do

• Wash, sanitize, organize, and store dishes and kitchenware
• set up and break down the dishwashing station
• clean equipment and work surfaces
• sweep and mop floors and dispose of waste
• perform assigned deep cleaning
• prepare ingredients and assist with basic food preparation
• follow recipes and portioning guidelines
• label and stock ingredients
• monitor prep inventory
• follow food safety and sanitation protocols
• support kitchen teammates.
