What you'll do

• Assist customers with part numbers, merchandise, special orders, questions, returns, and exchanges
• resolve customer problems professionally
• perform cashiering and follow cash-handling and payment verification procedures
• monitor for shoplifting
• keep the sales floor and cashiering area clean, organized, stocked, and merchandised
• shelve new stock and inform buyers about fast- and slow-selling items
• answer and direct incoming calls
• tag damaged merchandise
• follow company and department policies.
