Resource Navigator

Job overview

The Resource Navigator role is onsite in Saint Paul, MN, for 37.5 hours per week, with pay of $23–$24 per hour. Face to Face Health and Counseling Services supports youth ages 11–24 through housing, health, counseling, education, employment, and community services. The navigator helps ensure young people can access essential supplies and supportive services at the SafeZone day shelter. The role maintains resource inventory and contributes to a welcoming, organized drop-in environment using strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches.

What you'll do

• Engage respectfully with youth
• organize the Resource Room, Food Shelf, and day shelter
• maintain inventory logs
• procure and stock supplies
• coordinate donations
• support volunteers
• assist with meals and front-desk or other drop-in services
• respond to crises and de-escalate
• document services and connect youth with resources.
