General Laborer

Job overview

The General Laborer position is onsite in Bradley, Illinois. Compensation is $15–$20 per hour. The role supports Arctic Snow and Ice Control’s production work, including loading and assembling snowplow equipment. The laborer moves materials, supports production workstations, inspects parts, and helps meet production deadlines. The role contributes to safe, organized, and efficient manufacturing operations through material handling, assembly, quality checks, and housekeeping.

What you'll do

• Move freight, stock, and materials
• load and unload parts
• finish grinding with manual and power tools
• attach identifying tags
• follow work orders and instructions
• inspect parts before and after production
• maintain a clean work area
• meet production deadlines
• report process issues
• assist other employees as needed.
