What you'll do

• Follow spa policies and standard operating procedures
• perform massage and body treatments safely and hygienically
• maintain treatment product inventory and clean treatment rooms
• prepare for appointments and review guest preferences
• maintain guest medical forms and confidentiality
• support guest satisfaction, treatment audits, and retail or treatment targets
• report hazards and equipment issues.
