Strategic Planning Manager

Reporting to the Director of Development Finance, the manager owns the long-range financial planning model and provides analysis to inform financial performance and capital allocation. The role partners across finance, operations, development, and accounting to improve forecast accuracy and support executive and board decisions.

What you'll do

• Own the five-year long-range planning model, including architecture, assumptions, data integrity, version control, and documentation
• model financial impacts of growth opportunities and conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis
• monitor liquidity and covenant headroom and identify funding needs
• prepare and present the five-year plan and pro forma analyses to executive leadership, the Board, and private equity sponsors
• coordinate model inputs and reconcile the plan to budgets, forecasts, and actual results
• improve planning processes and reporting, including integration with OneStream or similar systems
• perform ad hoc analysis.
