Property Care Manager

The role protects homeowners’ assets and supports guest experience by resolving property issues and following through on maintenance work.

What you'll do

• Maintain properties through routine upkeep, preventive maintenance, and quick fixes
• schedule and quality-check inspections and turnovers
• coordinate vendors and verify completed work
• prepare homes for guest arrivals
• resolve escalations from Guest Services
• flag items requiring owner approval
• maintain property and maintenance records
• deliver on the role’s four scorecard metrics.
