What you'll do

• Coordinate subcontractor and vendor outreach and track responses
• maintain databases and bid coverage reports
• participate in preconstruction and bid progress meetings
• manage the bid calendar with the Director of Preconstruction
• review project documents for bid deliverables
• prepare and distribute bid solicitations, invitations to bid, and RFPs
• issue award and non-award notices
• assemble bid packages and proposals
• and maintain bid records.
