What you'll do

• Provide technical support to field crews interpreting drawings, specifications, and contract requirements
• oversee layout, surveying, and grade control
• coordinate construction methods and subcontractor scopes
• support the superintendent
• conduct field inspections and document non-conformances
• assist with safety audits and hazard mitigation
• maintain schedules and track quantities, labor, and equipment
• prepare and track RFIs, submittals, daily reports, and as-built records
• participate in construction meetings
• maintain field documentation using construction management software.
