What you'll do

• Conduct phone screens and share notes with hiring managers
• schedule interviews and update candidates in Workable
• create marketing materials for job fairs and hiring events
• attend events and speak with candidates
• order and track office supplies
• prepare new-hire paperwork and first-day materials
• support employee recognition, company events, and HR projects
• maintain confidential HR files and records.
