What you'll do

• Plan daily staffing and assign work
• lead, train, and evaluate quality associates
• use RF scanners and WMS workflows to support accuracy and productivity
• approve timecards and monitor attendance and performance metrics
• direct quality checks during picking, packing, and staging
• ensure compliance with FDA, DHS, Hazmat, and internal procedures
• oversee documentation for international and hazardous-material shipments
• investigate complaints, errors, and inventory discrepancies
• coordinate with warehouse operations, customer care, management, and client accounts.
